2PGT400*400 is upgraded medium-small size spring double roll crusher, roller width increased compared with 400*250 model. Technical parameters: maximum feed size ≤30mm, adjustable discharge 1-10mm, hourly output 8-20 tons, twin 7.5kW motors. The reinforced roller body improves wear resistance for continuous brick clay, shale crushing. Optimized spring sets provide larger buffer stroke to adapt common hard impurities in shale raw materials. Moderate capacity fits standalone medium-sized brick factories, small aggregate processing stations that do not require ultra-large throughput. The machine retains easy maintenance characteristics of spring roll series, daily inspection and roller surfacing repair can be completed on production site.

Counter-rotating rollers compress fed materials for size reduction. Wider roller surface extends effective crushing contact length to lift hourly processing capacity. Spring buffer mechanism handles transient overload caused by gravel mixed in clay feedstock: springs shrink temporarily to release foreign particles, then restore normal roller spacing. Users loosen or fasten spring bolts to adjust discharge granularity within 1-10mm range, adapting different raw material formulation of sintered bricks, permeable bricks. Qualified materials fall out from the bottom for next molding procedure.
